Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and provide technical support and troubleshooting to process inspection systems, maintain and oversee defect classification libraries, train and regular interaction with system users, review inspection systems output, make resolution to all suspect and non-conforming product held by inspection systems.

Provide the producing facility with technical support, including rejection analysis, and process improvement recommendations.

Apply education/technical experience and utilize problem solving and continuous improvement skills.

Develop and review various quality reports and conduct various quality meetings in support of inspection systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
Technical certificate or technical degree preferred.
Two years experience in steel or heavy industrial manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Hands on experience with inspection systems strongly preferred.
Experience with SmartView 6 and 7 operating systems a strong plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and API Q1 quality system requirements is a plus.
Skills in achieving results, analysis and both verbal and written technical communication is required.

Level and compensation based on experience.
