Dynacraft, a PACCAR Company, is a diversified global manufacturer of PACCAR medium and heavy-duty truck parts sold under the Kenworth, and Peterbilt nameplates. For more than forty years, Dynacraft has provided the company s truck manufacturing divisions and PACCAR Parts service parts division with high quality components, subassemblies and specialized services. Dynacraft has two manufacturing facilities in Algona, WA and Louisville, KY.
Dynacraftis expanding operations by adding a third production facility to be located inthe Dallas, TX area.
The company is looking for an energetic leader to have asignificant impact as the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Manager. Thesuccessful candidate will initially focus on startupof the new facility, including planning and managing the plant buildout, and developingequipment specifications and requirements for the plant and product programs. Theposition s ongoing role is managing the plant s manufacturing engineering, facility,and maintenance teams.

Initially manage the build out of the DynacraftTexas plant including developing equipment specifications and requirements forthe plant and product programs.
Managedaily activities of the engineering, facility, and maintenance teamsincluding employee development.
Developand drive a strong culture of high performance, excellent quality, andteamwork.
Provideguidance on operations performance metrics improvements.
Identifyand coordinate capital investment opportunities.
Participatein developing and executing departmental goals and objectives includingdepartment budget.
Continuously improve the productionprocess through improvements to equipment, tools, procedures or other factors impactingproduction capability.
Responsible for installation andrearrangement of plant and production equipment ensuring projects are completedon-time and within budget.
Performother projects and assignments as required.
Ensure compliance with Corporateand Division policies, procedures and standards.
Bachelor sdegree in Engineering along with a minimum of three years supervisoryexperience in an operations/production environment.
Ability to communicate with all levelsof the organization.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with drafting programs including AutoCad, ProE, etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and make decisions independently.
Demonstrated experience managing projects.
Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
