We are looking for a candidate who can manage websites, database design, implementation, integration, content management, planning, documentation, Graphical User Interface (GUI) design, and provides 24x7 troubleshooting support for UNICORN.The successful candidate will also have duties including advancing the weapon system through agile development and fielding of web application tools to include installs of patches, system testing and documentation.
Other essential Functions of the Position:Update and modify UNICORN, and additional web sites/applications on an as-needed basisEnsure newly created programs are maintained and developed to industry standards and do not delay process and response timeWork closely with the wing Program Managers to ensure all the web related development and UNICORN development needs of the Wing and the associated units are metProvide quick response to capabilities submitted by users and approved by the Wing for incorporation into the application to allow flexibility to the overall weapon system capabilityStay familiar with the latest trends in web development and be able to bring the latest web technology to UNICORN and other web applications.24/7 Shift work may be required.Required Skills:Well versed and proficient in agile development methodology, HTML, SQL, CSS, JavaScript and ASP.Net 4.x. Within 6 months of task order start date, will hold and maintain a Microsoft Technology Associate (The Fundamentals of IT) certification Familiar with the Air Force Distributed Common Ground SystemDoD 8570 certified (IAT II) and registered in the Defense Workforce Certification programEducation:Bachelor's degree in a corresponding field related to Computer Science or High School diploma with a minimum 4 years of increasingly responsible experience related to web development.Security Clearance:
