Position Summary:

In order to remain a nationally recognized leader inproviding IT consulting services in the federal space, TSymmetry requires aSolution Architect to join our team in Washington DC. The Solution Architectwill be a key resource in the development and delivery of our service offeringsin the federal sector. Will work directly withinternal and external executives to consult, coach, and advise on technologyarchitecture, business alignment, and information technology solutions

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

- Identify and build TSymmetry's technical capabilities and focusareas, including identifying and growing specific practice areas
- Providerecommendations to senior leadership regarding practice development
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends andtechnologies
- Support strategic planning initiatives
- Create compelling presentations and white papers
- Serve as our Solution Architect for opportunity pursuits
- Develop, maintain and coordinate enterprise architecturecontent and products
- Promote new ideas and concepts in support of operationalgoals and objectives
- Provide technical and analytical guidance and translatecomplex concepts into tactical plans
- Develop go to market solutions in coordination with practiceleaders and TSymmetry leadership
- Determine level of effort and assist in pricing of small and largeopportunities
- Developvisionary and transformative content
- Support opportunity captures by developing presentation documentsand meeting with clients to help sell our technical capabilities and solutions
- Will be a technical generalist across multiple technologies andwill have the technical acumen to quickly pick up new technologies

In addition to the above, theSolution Architect will be required to perform other duties as directed orassigned

Required Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT)Management
- Ten years of experience in a Solution Architect role
- Active Secret Clearance
- Viewed as a well-developed strategic planning resource capable ofhandling complex analysis and writing assignments both independently and aspart of a workgroup
- Experience with DoD,Intel, or other Federal strategic planning and enterprise architectureenvironments, processes, and personnel
- Prefer experience in any of the following:
ERP, Agile, Digital Services,Big Data, DevOps, Custom Development, Cloud solutions, Cyber Security, BPM,Business Intelligence, IT Infrastructure, Mobile, or Change Management
- Technologies include but are notlimited to SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, Amazon Cloud Solutions, Splunk, and Oracle(Apps, Middleware, BI, Cloud, and Database
- Ten years of experience working for Federal Systems Integrator
- Presentation and facilitation skills - ability to generate a variety ofpresentation materials for senior management and technical staff
- Experience with generating artifacts supporting multiple Life CycleProcesses, such as System Development Life Cycle, Data Life Cycle Management, andApplication Life Cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of IT systems design andarchitecture including Service Oriented Architectures and Web ServicesArchitectures
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability tosatisfy stakeholder preferences
- Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs across theenterprise and within segments
- Experience producing responses to high priority, quick turn-around datacalls
- Experience in presales and delivery for federal IT initiativesacross a broad range of technologiesTagline:
