Proposal Development ManagerDescription:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Fully develop compelling proposals for TSymmetry'sFederal Civilian, DoD and Intelligence Community IT services opportunities
- Analyze andtranslate RFP requirements into a compliance matrix, proposal outline andcontent plans
- Document winstrategy, themes, discriminators, source content, graphic concepts, and otherwriter guidance
- Translate theproposal outline into an executable proposal plan that is designed to deliver acompliant, winning proposal on-time
- Establishing,communicating, and managing the proposal development and production schedule
- Storyboardand template development
- Developmentand continuous improvement of proposal tools, processes and templates
- Refine and develop past performance documents
- Assist developing content for marketing materials including brochures,websites and social media outlets
- Coordinate withcapture, pricing, operations and executive leadership
- Respond toSources Sought, Request for Information (RFI), and Data Calls for prime andsubcontract opportunities
Required Skills andExperience:

- Ten years offederal proposal development and management experience
- Experience inproposal development positions working for a federal IT services firm
- Experiencewriting and managing proposal efforts for large and small opportunities
- In-depthknowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and proposal best practices forfederal opportunities
- Technical writingand editing experience including editorial practice and standards
- Experience with GWACs,IDIQ, and task order proposals
- Capture andcontract management experience
- Formal proposalmanagement training (e.g. Shipley)
- Graphic designand development standards
- Experiencedeveloping proposals for the State Department, Homeland Security, Department ofEnergy, or Department of Defense
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Experience using SharePointas a repository
- Pricing bestpractices for prime and subcontract opportunitiesTagline:
