The NAW District Manager will act as the field executive for the brand by focusing on training, driving sales and building strong relationships within department stores. Skills required included but not limited to leadership, management and associate development within the District. Travel will be required to remote stores within the territory on a monthly basis. District Managers must also travel to the New York City Corporate Office and additional NAW locations as needed throughout the year.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Relationships and Training/On-Boarding to
Build and cultivate strong partnerships with account district partners to ensure brand standards are in place.
Build and cultivate strong relationships with store management and staff to drive sales, business initiatives and communicate regularly regarding store information.
Partner with store management to train managers and associates both regionally and by door on company standards and product knowledge.
Ensure Coach merchandising standards and operations are met in the store, both in front and back of house.
Supervise the installation of Coach Environments.
Act as a Liaison between wholesale locations and corporate office, communicating successes and opportunities.
Actively sell on the sales floor, role model and train Modern Luxury Hosting behaviors to associates.
Demonstrate a strong working relationship with internal corporate teams, store management, and wholesale partners.

Strong initiative, ownership and ability to work independently.
Strong knowledge of industry, including trends and all aspects of fashion.
Excellent communication, analytical, training and presentation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong visual merchandising skills.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills required.
Knowledge of retail math.
Residence in or be able to commute to the territory listed, as relocation expenses will not be covered for this position.
An outstanding professional will have
3+ years of full time Vendor Role and Retail Management experience (i.e. senior partnerships, training and development of teams, floor sets, and maintaining standards).
Superior retail and/or customer service experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with department stores strongly preferred.
