* Roles and Responsibilities:

*
* - Coordinate across requirements and development teams to establish and documenting system requirements\.- Support system scalability discussions and presentations\.- Participate in business development efforts and implementation of new models/programs offering system expertise for onboarding of new models and without impact to current models/program supported by ACO\-OS\.- Provide database analysis on database relationships by performing data analysis\. Provide data mapping, data architectural recommendations and analysis documentation based on the requirements\.- Analyze existing system and provide SDLC teams with technical solutions\. Serves as subject matter expert on DB2 Stored Procedures, Support system scalability discussions and presentations\.- Provide technical solutions and act as the liaison with the Architecture Team to ensure adherence with technical standards Coordinate across requirements and development teams to establish 'system requirements\.'- Support system scalability discussions and presentations\.- Establish an ACO mini\-center of excellence \- As ACO\-OS scales up, offer system expertise to ramp up new models quickly without impacting current programs delivery\.- Participate in customer interactions during the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, training, and support phases of Software Development Life Cycle \(SDLC\) Develop and maintain lifecycle documents including:
use cases, detailed functional requirements, software requirement specifications, detailed design specifications, validation plans, test scenarios, user manuals\.- Support data model design and supporting documentation\.- Provide feedback to customers and external stakeholders based on business needs\.- Plan and prioritize the work for the team members and ensure SDLC processes are correctly followed for development work related to each quarterly release and also coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual operational tasks\.- Advise on preventative measures to reduce technical errors and provide innovative solutions\.- Assess change requests and provide estimates for work effort\.- Participate in software release and deployment activities\.- Support internal and external testing teams to complete functional testing of the scheduled releases\.

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science, Math, or technical science \(e\.g\. Engineering\) and 10 years of related experience\.- Solid experience with design, development, and delivery of ETL processes\.- Experience with developing project plans, timelines, and schedule and communication documents\.- Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation and presentations\.- Experience planning and prioritizing the work for the team members and ensure SDLC processes are correctly followed for development work related to each quarterly release and also coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual operational tasks\.- Experience mentoring team members on the program\.- Experience conducting gap analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance of ETL and DB2 components\.- Experience interfacing with Production Support teams to resolve production issues, prepare for outages, generating ad hoc and scheduled reports\.- Extensive experience developing Extraction, Transformation, and Load \(ETL\) routines using Informatica\.- Good Communication Skills, ability to articulate technical development to non\-technical folks\.- Strong data analysis and analytical skills \(with strong SQL back ground\)\.- Experience with TOAD, IBM Data Studio or other data query tools\.- Recent deployment experience in complex environments\.- Ability to work under aggressive schedule\.- Team player and capability to work in a dynamic environment\.- Must enjoy working in a team environment with frequent customer contact and have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills\.- Demonstrated skills in solving problems and responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction\.- Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder\.
