* The International Supply Centre (ISC) has been formed through the combination of the Scotland and Bailey's Supply Centres, the European Beer Supply organisation and the Amsterdam Supply Chain to form a coherent Supply organisation with a single face to our 21 markets, supplying over 75m 9litre cases of product annually.The Controls Assurance & Risk Management (CARM) framework for ISC includes over 400 scoped on controls for ISC which are spread across more than 50 sites with over 80 people involved in the process of scoping, mapping, design, execution and testing.This role is part of a team of two analysts supported by the Governance & Control Manager.

* Purpose of the Role
*
* Support the delivery of a fully satisfactory CARM process for the ISC covering sites in Scotland and Ireland, and remotely Italy, Mexico & Singapore. This includes but is not limited to scoping of controls across all sites to cover key risk areas, liaising with operational experts to document controls, planning and execution of testing and agreement/ implementation of appropriate remediation plans. The role holder would have responsibility for a sub section of the ISC sites/functions.

* Responsibilities

+ Identify opportunities for development or improvement of the control environment and drive embedment across the ISC to ensure that Diageo manages its exposure to risk to an acceptable level.+ Facilitate external audits to ensure a smooth audit process; role holder will be a central contact for the audit team and support coordination of both controls and substantive audit processes across the year.+ Support reporting for the Global Supply and ISC FAC process, Risk Committee reporting and other result reporting as applicable.

* Qualifications and Experience Required
*
* + Finance Qualification, 1-2 yrs+ Post Qualified / but would accept a newly qualified individual of the right calibre;+ Good working knowledge of IFRS and Group accounting policies;+ An enquiring & analytical mind capable of seeing the big picture whilst also demonstrating strong attention to detail;+ Good knowledge of production processes and SAP transactions. .
