* The Payroll Team

* are based in Edinburgh Park and form part of Global HR Operations. The team of 11 provide end to end payroll processing in the UK and ROI in conjunction with the in country payroll vendor. There is also a large pensioner payroll to be processed in both countries.Reporting to the Payroll Team Manager, the payroll coordinator provides efficient and professional administrative support to the UK and ROI payroll team. This role would suit someone with strong administrative skills ideally with experience in a payroll position.

* Main responsibilities
*
* + Manage our mail logging system, Service Now+ Prepare payroll information for processing by payroll vendor in a timely manner+ Prepare and distribute payroll reports to internal and external customers+ Provide first line support for payroll queries+ Maintain payroll manuals and related payroll instructions+ Assist with data gathering for internal and external audits+ Planning/coordination of team meetings+ Any other duties as required

* Experience Required
*
* + Knowledge of UK or ROI payroll processing (nice to have)+ Experience of working within a HR / payroll function+ Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Skills+ Ability to provide an excellent customer experience to ensure all payroll queries are managed effectively+ Strong organisational skills to ensure the timely completion of work, within agreed time scales+ Excellent communication skills both verbal & written with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels within the organisation+ Accuracy, attention to detail and numeracy skills are essential .
