Assist in delivering 23 million cases per annum through 8 production lines across a multi-shift operation.

* About the Role

* Reporting to the Site Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will fill a proactive role with responsibility to maintain all facilities equipment including boilers, compressors, pumps, high speed doors, roller shutter doors and spirit supply equipment. The facilities department provides electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, plumbing and general building maintenance support for the Shieldhall Packaging Site. The main aim being, to deliver the right service at the right time, within budget.

* Key Accountabilities

* The purpose of the role is to deliver performance which meets and exceeds targeted outputs and goals in terms of quality, customer service, cost and yield. The successful candidatewill create plans to drive continuous improvement on lines or in process areas. They are also required to develop and implement maintenance programmes and support asset performance in the area of responsibility. The successful candidate must engage multifunctional departments to find best, most robust, solutions. They will own the development in line with technological advancements of the packaging lines and self-improvement and are be required to develop with the team to your maximum potential and performance - both functionally and technically.

* Qualifications and Experience Required
*
* + HNC or equivalent+ Previous site engineering experience in a packaging environment of high-speed units.+ Effective team player in a multi-disciplined business group. Coach members within functional and operational team+ Excellent communication skills. .
