* The Control Account Manager \(CAM\) is a Northrop Grumman position only and is responsible for overseeing and managing Earned Value Management System \(EVMS\) requirements resulting in effective technical, cost and schedule integration for the Ballistic Missile Defense International Simulation \(BMD I\-Sim\), Missile Defense Space Warning Tool \(MDST\), and Threat Modeling Center\(TMC\) organizations at the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center \(MDIOC\) at Schriever AFB on the JRDC program\. The Control Account Manager \(CAM\) will primarily oversee and manage multiple control accounts across multiple task orders for the Ballistic Missile Defense International Simulation \(BMD I\-Sim\), Missile Defense Space Warning Tool \(MDST\), and Threat Modeling Center \(TMC\) organizations\. Collaborate with JRDC Project Control Analysts \(PCAs\) and the BMD I\-Sim, MDST, and TMC leadership teams to develop and maintain key artifacts such as the Integrated Master Schedule \(IMS\) and Bill of Material \(BOM\)\. The CAM will manage and coordinate all month end business and finance requirements, participate in Program Management Reviews\(PMRs\) with JRDC leadership and the government customers, and assist with the cost elements associated with proposal development\.Basic Qualifications:
+ Requires a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience; Master's degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree\.+ Must have a DoD Secret or the ability to obtain\.+ The successful candidate must have experience in the following activities:
earned value management, project planning, integrated schedule and risk management, scope management, project execution, project monitoring and control, and stakeholder management\.+ Must be proficient in the use of MS Project and Excel in a complex and dynamic environment\. Candidates must also demonstrate proficient communication skills\.Preferred Qualifications:
