* Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System\.Support \(BMDSS\) Organization on the JRDC program at Schriever AFB, CO\. Provides securityengineering support to multiple enclaves including C2BMC Test Bed, Joint Early Warning Lab \(JEWL\), and International Point of Presence \(IPOP\)\. Reports to the BMDSS Cybersecurity Team lead\.The Cybersecurity Engineer will work with a team of engineers using knowledge of NIST, DoD, and local requirements to develop, implement, and manage enclave security posture\. Establishes and satisfies system\-wide information security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, and regulatory demands\. Ensures systems are configured for a successful authorization to operate \(ATO\)\. Review system audit logs for anomalies and reports status to the Tier 2 CND\.Responsible \(as part of a team\) for configuration, integration, maintenance, and documentation of DISA Host Based Security System \(HBSS\) components and deployment of agent modules and point products\. Performs troubleshooting of HBSS components and software applications problems associated with HBSS blocking normal operations\. Experience with DISA Assured Compliance Assessment Solution \(ACAS\) tool used in scanning and remediating computer system vulnerabilities\. Review information system security artifacts for accuracy, relevance and compliance\. Manages Plans of Action and Milestones \(POA&M\)\. Supports patch management / IAVM research and burn down plans with system administrators and network engineers to maintain flaw remediation\. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a fast\-paced team environment\.Basic Qualifications:
