* #Join Northrop Grumman Information Systems and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges\.The Systems, Engineering, Maintenance, and Sustainment \(SEMS\)program is searching for a Project Manager \(PM\) to support Air Force Weather within the SEMS III Project Management Office \(PMO\) organization\.Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manages all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to closure in order to maximize value delivery through successful project execution, value\-added accomplishments and lean processes
- Adheres and contributes to project management methods, standards, processes, tools and templates to ensure consistency and communication across the program\.Supports portfolio managers to develop and maintain a portfolio of projects that align with business goals and Customer needs
- Accountable for project performance and success in terms of requirements traceability, deliverable quality and timeliness, risk/issue management, schedule and budget
- Prepares and elaborates project plans, estimates resources and time considering risk, skill sets, dependencies and constraints
- Directs, monitors and controls project execution, and provides status and visibility to management and stakeholders for all assigned projects
- Supports recurring project data collection and analysis, timely information distribution and reporting, and coordinating review activities
- Collaborates with other project leads and community to enhance project management processes and advance the profession
- Identifies and exploits opportunities to eliminate waste and save resources that enable delivery of value that exceeds expectations\.Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors' degree in Management Information Systems, Project Management, or related field and 7 years experience in the information technology industry \(2 years in systems development\)\. An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience applying project management standards and best practices to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close technically complex projects for a large enterprise and/or client, including proposal development and working with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Proven success leading multiple work packages, small teams and/or projects concurrently-ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast\-paced, matrix environment to deliver as promised on time and within budget
- Self\-motivated and agile in building, updating and executing plans to handle change requests, risks, opportunities and issues in a time\-critical environment
- Excellent verbal and written communications with customers, key stakeholders, technical teams, peers and senior management to report status, coordinate strategy, proactively identify and resolve issues, collect and refine project constraints, and articulately describe project objectives, deliverables and high\-level technical approach
- Ability to collaborate to identify alternative technical and business approaches to deliver innovative, optimal and value\-added solutions within aggressive timelines and budgets
- Understanding of and experience applying modern certification and accreditation \(C&A\) processes\.Examples include:
DoD IA C&A Process \(DIACAP\), Cross\-Domain Solution \(CDS\) connection approval process, and NIST Risk Management Framework \(RMF\) within the DoD and/or Intelligence community
- DoD Secret \(or higher\) security clearance eligibilityPreferred Qualifications:

- Understanding of the 557 WW storage, database, backup, CDS and their unique integration challenges
- Experience with system development in the 557 Weather Wing \(WW\) environment
- Experience managing resources \(personnel/cost/schedule/equipment\)
- Experience supporting proposal development
- Technical writing and statistics coursework or experience
- Project Management Certification
- Agile Certification
- Security , CASP, CSSLP or CISSP Certification
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence tools, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
