* Northrop Grumman is seeking an Enterprise Integration and Operations Lead \(EIOL\) to serve as the personnel and technical leader for all enterprise integration and operations activities across the Systems Engineering Management and Sustainment \(SEMS\) III contract at Offutt AFB, NE\. The EIOL is responsible for leading the multi\-disciplined team responsible for data center operations and for implementing changes that maximize systems availability, security, efficiency, and implementation success at the USAF 557th Weather Wing on the SEMS III contract\.The EIOL is responsible for daily coordination with the Air Force Weather operations teams to assess and improve system performance to ensure data is ingested and stored, models are run, data products are generated and tailored, and data products are disseminated in a timely fashion\. The selected candidate is also responsible for making sure all systems are maintained and systems changes adhere to Government identified information assurance policies and procedures\. The EIOL will be responsible for identifying process and program metrics and applying those metrics to drive process improvements across the program\. In this role the EIOL interacts daily with the program's Program Manager, Chief Engineer and the SEMS program leadership team\.The EIOL is responsible for organizing and leading all system administration, operations, integration, integrated logistics support, and implementation efforts\. The EIOL will interface with the organization's engineering center representatives and subcontract leadership to staff and identify development needs/opportunities for staff within the SEMS EIOL program organization\. In conjunction with the Northrop Grumman engineering center, the EIOL will establish performance goals, provide performance feedback, identify training needs, and provide career development guidance to Northrop Grumman employees\. The EIOL will interface with functional leads from the program to coordinate performance of EIOL responsibilities through matrixed team resources\. The EIOL will provide recommendations to program leadership on candidate new task orders and projects and support new business acquisition activities as needed\.The selected person must be an effective communicator who is able to interface with multiple government customers\. In addition the candidate must have demonstrated experience in leading teams to resolve high priority system outage problems\. The candidate must be able to plan, estimate, organize, integrate and manage technical activities across multiple areas, along with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate people to work as an integrated team\.The EIOL is directly accountable for the execution of responsibilities in accordance with company policy, business plans and applicable laws and regulations, as well as the performance associated with the conduct of the business\. The EIOL is responsible for meeting or exceeding program operational RMA requirements as measured by established management tools and monitored via the Program Dashboard\.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Scientific, or related area and a minimum of 10 yearsin IT systems development, maintenance and operations- Must have U\.S\. citizenship- Active DoD Secret clearance needed at start with ability to receive and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SSBI clearance- 5 years or more of Project or Functional Leadership experience to include Resource, Budget, and Schedule management- Experience working with customers to document and resolve operational issues- Demonstrated leadership and teaming skills- Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills- Technical leadership skills in system integration and operations- Knowledge of Information Assurance processes, policies and tools- Strong focus on operational availability and product qualityPreferred Qualifications:
- Experience with environmental data processing systems or equivalent high volume data processing systems- AS 9100 or ITIL experience- Familiarity with Agile processes for functional team management- CMMI/AS 9100 compliant process development experience- Leadership experience with large and small projects- Experience with DoD systems security accreditation requirements and processes- Active DoD Top Secret / SSBI ClearanceNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce\.
