* Northrop Grumman Mission Systems \(MS\) is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead Global Supply Chain \(GSC\) development strategies for the Sector\. Critical to the success of this role is demonstrated relationship building and ability to influence at all levels of the organization\. This position establishes, oversees, and manages the development aspects to expand Small Business Innovation Research \(SBIR\) / Small Business Technology Transfer Program \(STTR\) opportunities, advance GSC growth in the global market, and collaborates on the manufacturing roadmap vision\. Assesses GSC operational challenges and develops plan to meet strategic objectives outlined in the long range strategic plan\. Develops mechanisms for monitoring progress throughout development\. Job location could be in Rolling Meadows, IL, McLean, VA or Baltimore, MD\.Responsibilities include:
\- Collaboration no the sector Innovation EcoSystem\- Responsible for delivering SBIR and STTR opportunities to technologists and programs\- Manufacturing Partnership Development and Make/Buy Strategies\- Global Expansion Strategy for Mission Systems Supply Chain STTRGSCSTRBasic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 8 years experience or Masters degree with 6 years experience in project management, manufacturing, industrial engineering or supply chain management\. The successful candidate will posses strong leadership, communication and writing skills\.Preferred Qualifications:
