* The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Global Supply Chain Compliance organization is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Professional to join the Processes, Practices, and Records team\.The primary responsibilities for the successful candidate will be to serve as one of a small group of Subject Matter Experts who provide advice and counsel internally across the MS Sector GSC organization, as well as externally, regarding the application of regulatory requirements, company policies, and sector level processes, practices, and governance to facilitate the compliant execution of end\-to\-end Supply Chain processes\.Specific roles and responsibilities include:

- Command Media development, refinement, update, and communications \(2016 and 2017\); GSC strategy driven, regulatory driven, and business risk driven+ Maintain MS GSC Command Media, including MS GSC Policy Council Coordinator, Sharepoint Repository Administrator, Document Management and Maintenance+ Support for Company Manual refinement and updates+ GSC Stakeholder Reviews for changes to other Function command media
- Interface to Internal and Government Audit POCs+ Coordination of data calls+ Forensic Analysis and other Audit Readiness Reviews+ Draft and present NG responses
- SME for a specific area\(s\) of expertise, topical based \(e\.g\. CAS, Govt Property, Price/Cost Analysis, etc\), command media based \(e\.g\. a specific set of policies, procedures, work instructions, etc\), and Division portfolio based+ Review requests for deviations and waivers+ Support Learning & Development initiatives+ Support functional self assessment routine
- Voice of MS GSC Compliance to promote best practices and process improvement, as well as Audit Readiness+ Monitor and respond to MS GSC Policy mailbox; expecting high volume in 2017+ Prepare and present GSC Notices; ensures the MS GSC personnel are kept current on changes to policies, procedures, and practice+ Identifies improvement opportunities, performs root cause analyses, coordinates corrective action plans and implementation\.This position could be hired at a level 3 or a level 4\.Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the minimal knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below\.If hired as a level 3 the basic requirements are:
+ Bachelor degree and 6 years of work experience in business management, supply chain, procurement, government or related experience; will also consider masters degree and 4 years of business management, supply chain, procurement, government or related experience\.+ Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills\.If hired as a level 4, the basic requirements are:
+ Bachelor degree and 10 years of work experience in business management, supply chain, procurement, government or related experience; will also consider Masters degree and 8 years of business management, supply chain, procurement, government or related experience\.+ Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills\.Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
+ Masters Degree, or other advance degree \(e\.g\. Law degree\.\)+ Knowledge of U\.S\. government contracting and the Federal Acquisition Regulation \(FAR\)/Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement \(DFARS\), with specific working knowledge of Part 44 \(Subcontracting Policies and Procedures\) and Part 31 \(Contract Cost Principles and Procedures\); Cost Accounting Standards \(CAS\); and Defense Contract Audit Agency \(DCAA\) audit procedures+ Excellent people skills, including customer relationship management skills; ability to leverage professional relationships+ Strong organization skills, verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented+ Analytical; Evidence of ability to work independently and apply sound judgment to problem solving+ Proven multitasker; ability to juggle multiple deadlines and/or demandsfor attention+ Expertise in Word, Excel\.
