This position will be located at NAS Sigonella, Italy\.The candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance servicing, repairing and overhauling aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure that aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight\. Ensures FAA maintenance requirements are met\. Schedules maintenance and inspections\. Obtains quotations from outside repair facilities for equipment that cannot be repaired or maintained in\-house\. Releases aircraft for flight\. Recommends procedure changes to improve maintainability of aircraft and timely inspections\. Consults manufacturers manuals for specifications and determines feasibility of repair or replacement\.Manages the full scope maintenance a four\-aircraft fleet of AGS RPA\. Responsible for the direct supervision/management of the 40\-person Technology Service Sector staff\.Responsible for the direct supervision/management of the staff\. Responsible for providing objective\-oriented direction to subordinates utilizing mgmt guidelines & general policies\. Program Manager responsibilities include:
planning and program performance addressing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of a work package, subsystem, or related group of work packages on a large system development\-type contract or full responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a large delivery order or mid\-size technical services\-type contractLeads maintainers in the performance of disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re\-assembly or adjustment of various vehicle systems in accordance with technical specifications, technical manuals, engineering instructions, and applicable Air Force instructions\.Works closely with NGC Engineering to resolve technical and support for AGS related issues\. Ensures trained professionals on site for launch, recovery and designated maintenance tasks\. Works closely with sub\-contractors for specific AGS related tasks\. Makes certain performance is in accordance with AGS Contracted Logistics Support \(CLS\) Contract\. May deploy to support government owned contractor operated operations \(GOCO\) at CONUS and OCONUS austere locations\. Engineering/technical degree or equivalent experience\. Candidate will have significant experience in or an in\-depth knowledge of military aviation to include unmanned aerial systems\. Must have proven leadership experience and strong technical background\. Must be able to obtain a Secret Level Security Clearance\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* - A Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate technical discipline and seven \(7\) years of relevant experience in aircraft or UAS maintenance with three \(3\) years' experience in a supervisory position\. An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree\.- Willing to work a shift schedule of 12 hours on then 12 hours off\.Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a corporate travel card- US DoD Secret security clearance\.- A&P License
