Responsible for the initiation, shipping, tracking, expediting and receiving and inspections for conformance of all repairable materials through NATO and contractor systems\. Maintains all related files and databases pertinent to the shipping and accountability process\. Participates in numerous weekly meetings/teleconferences pertaining to NATO and corporate logistics issues\.Coordinates with NGC purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and subcontractors to expedite material requirements, maintains records and follow up files of all purchases, shipments, receipts and demand history and database management\. Maintains records for all property owned by NATO, company and associate contractors\. Responsible for the warehousing of all NATO materials and conditional inspections\. Maintains database files for material/equipment on and off site\. Conducts property inventories and provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability\. Develops, recommends and implements property administration policy in accordance with NATO and corporate regulations, to include Packaging, Handling, Shipment and Tracking \(PHS&T\) of all material/equipment using multiple databases\. Coordinates, and tracks all shipments to repair facilities and subcontractors as required and directed by NATO customer IAW NATO and corporate regulations\.Responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit \(direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs\)\.This position is contingent upon proposal/task award\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience\.- Experience managing employees internationally\.- Current Active US Secret Clearance or higher- Logistics experience- Management experience- Previous experience working internationally
