* Northrop Grumman Information Systems is seeking an experienced Information Operation \(IO\) Planner to conduct direct liaison, integration and synchronization with the designated Combatant Command\(CCMD\) staff, subordinate units, and associated joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multi\-national\(JIIM\) partners\. Providing depth of staff to the designated CCM J39 in Stuttgart Germany, and IO SME planning support to achieve organizational objectives\.

* The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of IO related activities for the contractor's operations in direct support of the CCMD AORs in USAFRICOM, or USEUCOM AOR\. Duties including tracking IO plans and product approvals, reviewing status of projects, manages schedules, and preparing situational reports, and providing direction to the contractor team in Tampa Florida to develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives\.

* Roles and responsibilities for this position include:

*

*
* - Provide support for IO product approvals; including tracking the progress of approvals, and informing staff and stakeholders\.
*
*
*
* - Planning, synchronization, coordination and assessment of IO related capabilities in support of assigned operations\.
*
*
*
* - Conduct other planning activities in support of USAFRICOM, and USEUCOM as assigned\.
*
*
*
* - Participate in the development of IO Planning products\.
*
*
*
* - Participate in development of plans and concepts in support of IO missions, through utilization of the Military Decision Making Process \(MDMP\)\.
*
*
*
* - Provide in\-depth analysis in support of IO products, manages schedules, and preparing situational reports\.
*
*
*
* - Produce project deliverables to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives
*

*
* Basic Qualifications:

*
*
*
* 1\. Must possess a Bachelor's degree \- Additional experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements\.
*
*
*
* 2\. Have a minimum of nine years of experience with IO planning at the service or joint level working that support operations in the USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, or USEUCOM AORs \(combined total of 13 years between education and experience\)
*
*
*
* 3\. Experience integrating MISO activities with operations
*
*
*
* 4\. Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff, and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience\.
*
*
*
* 5\. Ability to develop CONOPs and coordinate approvals with internal and external stakeholders\.
*
*
*
* 6\. Possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
*
*
*
* 7\. Must be willing and able to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the program:

* 8\. Must possess or be able to obtain a U\.S\. Passport\.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* 1\. Recent Joint or Service Level Information Operation planning experience\.

* 2\. In\-depth understanding of the CCMDs area of operations, and the information environment\.

* 3\. Experience working in the customer space as an individual technical contributor\.
*

* 4\. Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency with customer\-based communication systems\.

* 5\. Strong leadership, communication and motivational skills; ability to create a positive and productive work environment\.

* 6\. Experience working with distributed teams\.
