* Supporting NAS Sigonella \(Italy\) Forward Operating Location \(FOL\) Prepares USAF Global Hawk operations for purchasing of common and peculiar UAS supply support for all emergency and non emergency items\. Obligates and budgets OM&N funds for common supply support\. Receives, inspects for conformance, stores, and issues, replenishes, inventories and accounts for all government property\. Developed and maintains DoD Standard Base Supply System \(SBSS\) and DoD Integrated Maintenance Data System \(IMDS\), USAF Consolidated Automated Maintenance System \(CAMS\), Tool Accountability System \(TAS\) and US Federal Logistics \(FEDLOG\) databases, for accountability of government funds, materials and equipment in accordance with government and corporate regulations\. Liaison for all Intermediate and Depot Level Unmanned systems, and UAS ground station repairs\. Responsible for the initiation, shipping, tracking, expediting and receiving and inspects for conformance of all repairable materials through government and contractor systems\. Developed and maintains all related files and databases pertinent to the repair process\. Participates in numerous weekly meetings/teleconferences pertaining to industry and enterprise logistics issues\. Coordinates with NGC purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and subcontractors to expedite material requirements, maintains records and follow up files of all purchases, shipments, receipts and demand history and database management\. Maintains records for all property owned by government, company and associate contractors\. Designed and manages tool control program, to include government furnished equipment \(GFE\) and peculiar support equipment \(PSE\) and aerospace ground equipment \(AGE\) required to perform mission\. Responsible for the warehousing of all materials and conditional inspections\. Maintains all database files for material/equipment on and off site\. Conducts property inventories and provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability:
developed, recommends and implements property administration policy in accordance with government and corporate regulations\. Packaging, Handling, Shipment and Tracking of all material/equipment using multiple databases\. Coordinates, and tracks all shipments to repair facilities and subcontractors as required and directed by Government customer IAW government and corporate regulations\.Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree \(or higher\) in an appropriate technical discipline OR; An Associate's Degree in an appropriate technical discipline and four \(4\) years of specialized experience OR; eight \(8\) years of relevant experience w/o any formal education\. A basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite\. IMDS/CAMS experience desired\.
