Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an experienced Field Service Support \(FSS\) Manager for a major C4I Operations and Maintenance \(O&M\) contract in the Korean Theater of Operations \(KTO\)\. The FSS Manager has overall responsibility for ensuring timely and professional response and resolution for desktop and network incidents initially reported to the Service Desk\. Supervises the FSS team in providing:
Tier\-1 and Tier\-2 support and Tier\-3 network support in response to customer incident reports; scheduled preventative maintenance; and hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting as required by established Government priorities and procedures\. This position is designated emergency essential\.Basic Qualifications:
- At least ten \(10\) years of IT\-infrastructure installation experience supervising teams of ten \(10\) installers or more- IAT\-II and IT\-II certification- Must possess at least one of the following at time of hire:
- GSEC- Security CE- SSCP- CCNA\-Security- US citizenship- Ability to obtain and maintain Invited Contractor status under ROK/US Status of Forces Agreement \(SOFA\)- Active Secret security clearance with initiated SSBI- Must currently possess or obtain within six \(6\) months of hire all of the following:
- ITIL Foundation certification- BICSI Technician certification- Certified in accordance with the procedures contained in the EPA Green Book entitled Managing Asbestos in Place\-A Building Owner's Guide to Operations and Maintenance Programs for Asbestos\-Containing Materials 2QT\-2003, July 1990- Certified Protected Distribution Systems \(PDS\) inspector in accordance with Army standards and regulations within 90 calendar days of hiring datePreferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates' degree in a technical discipline- Top Secret/SCI security clearance- Experience with O&M type contracts- Experience supporting US Forces Korea \(USFK\) networks- Some Korean language proficiency preferredNorthrop Grumman is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce\.
