* The Manager of International Trade Compliance for Saudi Arabia will be the responsible International Trade Compliance Official \(ITCO\) for large programs in Saudi Arabia and will be responsible for the management of export/import approvals and associated US and local Saudi Arabia export/import compliance requirements for the programs\. The position reports to the Northrop Grumman Technology Services \(TS\) Advanced Defense Services \(ADS\) International Trade Compliance Division Manager and Empowered Official \(EO\)\. The position is part of the TS Export/Import Management Office \(EIMO\) team\.Key Duties consist of the following\.+ Responsible for local Saudi Arabia trade regulatory licensing and compliance activities, as well as, US regulatory and licensing compliance activities associated with the Export Administration Regulations \(EAR\), International Traffic In Arms Regulations \(ITAR\), Office of Foreign Asset Controls \(OFAC\), Customs and Border Protection \(CBP\), and other US and local Saudi Arabia trade regulatory licensing and compliance activities for the programs in Saudi Arabia\.+ Provide strategic guidance and incorporate global trade compliance requirements into the program operating processes and daily business practices of employees within Saudi Arabia\.+ Coordinate within the TS EIMO team to develop and implement export/import processes and procedures for Saudi Arabia, to ensure consistent standards across the sector to enable the business imperatives\.+ Responsible for obtaining re\-export/retransfer authorizations for U\.S\. goods and technology, as necessary\.+ Responsible for the Saudi export classification and Customs import classification of products/technology/software/encryption and obtaining Saudi export/import authorizations in support of the program in Saudi Arabia\.+ Responsible for transaction reviews for program personnel in Saudi Arabia for international travel, foreign visits to local facilities, and tracking of export controlled technical data/equipment\.+ Develop and conduct training on standards and processes required for trade compliance, as identified in the global trade compliance procedures and any relevant regional or Saudi Arabian ITC corporate and topical manuals, work instructions and other related sector procedures/work instructions, includingthe structure and use of export approval requests on scope and structure\.+ Participate in sectorand Corporate process improvement projects and training activities related to Saudi Arabia\.+ Support the Corporate and Sector Assessment Team with subject matter expertise for identification of export/import risks, and design of trade assessments and internal audits\.+ Provide subject matter knowledge and experience in international trade compliance to the program employees in Saudi Arabia\.+ In coordination with EIMO and the Law Department, provide interpretation of Saudi Arabian export and import regulations and other ITC laws and regulations as they apply to export and imports in or out of Saudi Arabia\.+ Ensure employees supporting the program in Saudi Arabia have training regarding the standards identified in the NGC global trade compliance procedures and any relevant regional or local country ITC corporate topical manuals, work instructions and other related company element procedures\.+ Elevate any matter involving potential non\-compliance of export/import law occurring in Saudi Arabia, whether U\.S\. or Saudi Arabian law to EIMO, the International Law and Export/Import Law Group\.+ Support, as requested, the Law Department in the investigation, disclosure and resolution of potential incidents of export/import non\- compliance\.+ Provide advice and assistance to program employees in Saudi Arabia regarding how to engage the ITC\-related processes required to meet standards identified in this procedure\.+ Develop and conduct training on standards and processes required for trade compliance, as identified in the global trade compliance procedures \(corporate and sector\) and any relevant regional or Saudi Arabian regulations\.Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Five years combined experience related to export management including making export control determinations preparing Department of State licenses/agreements and/or Department of Commerce licenses for marketing, sales and procurement activities, and/or administering export authorizations, approving the usage of exemptions/exceptions, and managing compliance\.
- Two years specific experience in licensing ITAR\-controlled hardware, data, and services under tutelage of an Empowered Official at Northrop Grumman or another company\.
- One year of specific experience in the export of EAR\-controlled hardware, software, and/or technology, or services under the tutelage of a proficient EAR practitioner\.
- Experience utilizing internal control measures to ensure compliance for international travel, non\-U\.S\. visitor requests, including plant tours, and visitors requiring technology control plans, and review of technical data/technology prior to export\.
- Experience providing training to export licensing personnel and functional requesters on how to obtain export authorizations\.
- Experience assisting in export compliance reviews and/or investigations\.
- Demonstrated managerial capability and experience\.
- Ability to be an independent contributor and work in a team environment\.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both written and oral\.
- Ability to lead teams to accomplish goals across organizational and functional boundaries without direct\-line supervisory authority over the team members\.
- Ability to manage cross\-sector/cross\-functional projects\.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products\.
- Ability to obtain US Security Clearance required\.Preferred Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of NGC Corporate and Sector export policies and procedures\.
- Working knowledge of NGC enterprise\-wide automated solutions/tools\.
- Knowledge of NGC products and services\.
- Experience drafting export licenses and managing export/import transactions\.
- Experience in training large, diverse groups on various export related issues\.
- Experience with automated solutions, databases, websites, tools\.
- Ability to lead major, complex projects and complete them on a timely basis\.Regulatory proficiency in local Saudi Arabia export/import laws and regulations
- Fluency in Arabic
