* Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for highly motivated IT Help Desk Support personnel with a Bachelor's degree and at least three \(3\) years' experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program and school\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.

* As WIN\-T Help Desk the most qualified applicants will install, operate, and maintain a closed training network that services up to 800 users in a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure \(VDI\)\. The network facilitates connectivity of 50 multimedia classrooms; customized Learning Management System online testing and survey capabilities; and wireless access to enable use of mobile devices to access training\.

* Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring infrastructure and server usage, ensure proper working order; Maintaining and administering sub\-networks; Configuring and managing components \(switches, patch panels, firewalls, routers, etc\) in the training network and network design; Repairing, updating, and replacing hardware/software; Maintaining and updating records of updates, repairs and replacements; Creating user accounts and maintaining security levels on databases using established guidelines; Responding to all reports of critical issues that affect the training mission; Ensuring proper working order of all assigned computers; Maintaining databases responsible for applications that support the training and administrative requirements for facilitating WIN\-T instruction; Maintaining a lab/training area where newly created and/or updated images are tested and new software packages are evaluated

* Provides technical support for computers and associated networks\. Installs, troubleshoots, services, and repairs personal computers, network equipment such as servers, modems, multiplexers, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors\. Provides personal computer, hardware, and software support\. Installs, services, and repairs personal computers and installs attendant software\. Connects personal computers and terminals to existing data networks\. Maintains network diagrams and circuit records\. Maintains trouble logs\. Instructs users in the use of personal computers and networks\. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users, and makes recommendations regarding software and hardware purchases\. Performs basic PC, PBX, and network software programming\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* 1\) Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and a minimum of three years related experience\.

* 2\) Must possess Experience and training in working with Windows Operating Systems, LAN/WAN hardware and software\.

* 3\) Must possess and maintain a Secret Clearance\.

* 4\) Must hold a current industry certification in one of the following areas:
CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security , CompTIA Net \.

* 5\) Must be a U\.S\. Citizen
