* Northrop Grumman is looking for a highly motivated Training Development Supervisor with at least five \(5\) years' experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.

* Northrop Grumman is looking for a highly motivated Training Development Supervisor with at least five \(5\) years' experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.

* As a WIN\-T Training Development Supervisor the most qualified applicant will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization developing training for WIN\-T in a Live, Virtual and Constructive learning environment by following the guidelines of TRADOC Regulation 350\-70\. Additionally, the Training Development Supervisor will supervise a team of Instructional and Multimedia Designers and work closely ensuring all training materials employ the latest technologies and best practices to ensure student learning and are available for posting on Land War Net eUniversity\.

* Responsibilities will include:
Supervising the:
designing, developing, and maintaining all curricula for the WIN\-T program; Curricula will include but not be limited to Interactive Multimedia Instruction \(IMI\) materials and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals \(IETM\) IAW TRADOC Regulation 350\-70 and TRADOC Pamphlets 350\-70\-2 and 350\-70\-12; modifying Programs of Instruction \(POIs\) or lessons due to changing technology, requirements or critical tasks; ensuring all training material is loaded into the customer's database of record for storing training data currently Training Development Capability \(TDC\); provide support to DoD efforts in curriculum development\.

* Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine\. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis\.

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* 1\) Must possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Instructional design, Instructional technology with a minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design\.

* 2\) Must possess 5 years' experience in Multimedia Design, Interactive Multimedia Instruction development, and the development of mobile and web based learning products
*
*
*
* 3\) Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in TRADOC institutional training, technical, or military training programs\.
*
*
*
* 4\) Be certified in the Army Basic Instructor Course \(or equivalent Air Force, Marine or Navy Instructor Course\)\.
*

* 5\) Must possess Support Cadre Training Course \(SCTC\) Certification\.

* 6\) Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
*
*
*
* 7\) Must be trained and proficient in the use of the customer's database of record for storing training data currently Training Development Capability \(TDC\)\.

* 8\) Must demonstrate a working knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization\.
