* Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for highly motivated Instructional Designers with at least one \(1\) year experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.

* As a WIN\-T Instructional Designer the most qualified applicants will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization developing training for WIN\-T in a Live, Virtual and Constructive learning environment by following the guidelines of TRADOC Regulation 350\-70\.

* Responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining assigned curricula for the WIN\-T program; Curricula will include but not be limited to Interactive Multimedia Instruction \(IMI\) materials and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals \(IETM\) IAW TRADOC Regulation 350\-70 and TRADOC Pamphlets 350\-70\-2 and 350\-70\-12; assisting in the modification of Programs of Instruction \(POIs\) or lessons due to changing technology, requirements or critical tasks; ensuring all training material is loaded into the customer's database of record for storing training data currently Training Development Capability \(TDC\); as directed, provide support to DoD Training Developers efforts in curriculum development\.

* Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine\. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* 1\) Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or a related field or formal training or Certification in Instructional Design\.

* 2\) Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization\.
*

*
* 3\) Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
*
*
*
* 4\) Must be trained and proficient in the use of the customer's database of record for storing training data \(currently TDC\)\.
*
*
*
* 5\) Must be a U\.S\. citizen
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

* 1\) Experience in Multimedia development and training video development
*
*
*
* 2\) Experience in WIN\-T training development
*
*
*
* 3\) Army communications and signals experience\.
