* Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for a highly motivated Lead Instructional Designer with at least five \(5\) years' experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.

* As a WIN\-T Lead Instructional Designer the most qualified applicant will be a Subject Matter Expert in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization developing training for WIN\-T in a Live, Virtual and Constructive learning environment by following the guidelines of TRADOC Regulation 350\-70\. Additionally, the Lead Instructional Designer will supervise a team of Instructional Designers and work closely with Multimedia Designers to employ the latest technologies and best practices to ensure student learning\.

* Responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining all curricula for the WIN\-T program; Curricula will include but not be limited to Interactive Multimedia Instruction \(IMI\) materials and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals \(IETM\) IAW TRADOC Regulation 350\-70 and TRADOC Pamphlets 350\-70\-2 and 350\-70\-12; Modifying Programs of Instruction \(POIs\) or lessons due to changing technology, requirements or critical tasks; ensuring all training material is loaded into the customer's database of record for storing training data currently Training Development Capability \(TDC\); provide support to DoD Training Developers efforts in curriculum development\.

* Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine\. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* 1\) Must possess a Master's in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field\.
*

*
* 2\) Must possess at least 5 years' of progressively higher level experience, supervisory experience\.
*

* 3\) Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
*
*
*
* 4\) Must be trained and proficient in the use of the customer's database of record for storing training data currently Training Development Capability \(TDC\)\.

* 5\) Must demonstrate a working knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation \(ADDIE\) development process within a TRADOC organization\.

* 6\) Must be a U\.S\. citizen
