* Northrop Grumman Technology Services is looking for a highly motivated Instructional Programmer with at least one \(1\) year experience to join our team of skilled professionals for the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical \(WIN\-T\) program\. Work is primarily performed at Fort Gordon, GA\.
*

* As a WIN\-T Instructional Programmer the most qualified applicant will provide Subject Matter Expertise in the Learning Management System \(LMS - 'Moodle' and 'Blackboard'\) database management and customization\.
*
*
*
* Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining and administering the LMS functions and associated databases, including resolving problems and issues \(student accounts and instructor accesses\) as needed and creating classes and loading appropriate content
*
*
*
* Builds and codes applications and/or modules using languages such as C , visual basic, ABAP, JAVA, XTML, etc\. Provides patches and upgrades to existing systems\. May design graphical user interface \(GUI\) to meet the specific needs of users\. Prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls\. May build add\-on modules using application program language\.

* Basic Qualifications:

* 1\) Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Arts or a related field and a minimum of one year directly related experience\.

* 2\) Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
*
*
*
* 3\) Must have experience with HTML, JQuery, CSS, scripting, and object oriented programming\.
*
*
*
* 4\) Must be experienced with PHP, MySQL, and Android/IOS operating systems is highly desired\. Experience with SCORM is desired\. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, AIR, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, & ActionScript 3\.0 is desired\.

* 5\) Must have experience with the Blackboard LMS and possess a basic understanding of database design and administration
*
*
*
* 6\) Must be able to reverse engineer code\.
*
*
*
* 7\) Must be a U\.S\. Citizen

* Preferred Qualifications:

* 1\) Experience with Javascript, JSON, database management, scripting, and object oriented programming
