The Ink Supplies POS Expansion / Transformation Manager will be the responsible for changing the 'status-quo' of this product category at the Latin America Retail Segment by developing and implementing coverage initiatives across the different channels into the Country, being the liaison between Sales, Category, Trade Marketing and working for the maximization of the resources, increasing the coverage, product availability, relevance and category market share. - Leads the ink supplies point of sales expansion and transformation across all of the Sales Groups, leveraging Category and Marketing resources, planning & budgeting, managing production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions by finding the most efficient solutions, developing and suggesting the right product mix for different channel profiles, planogram and coverage efficiency. - Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly meeting with sales teams, visiting partners, vendors and stores - Ensures efficient spending of central budget and directly manages the trade marketing spending - Supports local teams in the execution of their POS training programs - Collaborates with sales teams to turn the 'selling stories' into sales tools to effectively present HP Brand, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers - Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated - Collaborates with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide Recommendations and forecasts - Collaborates with product managers and marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication - Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment...) - Broad understanding of the category product, business management and sales challenges and strategies. - Actively contributes to the definition of the category business plan. - Establishes relationships and represents team with sales force and other partners at senior level. - Product line and quota responsibility for a significant share of the product range, or a specific customer segment. - Functional responsibility for the team in one or several areas (market analysis, marketing engagement, SF communication, etc.) - May participate in engagement / partnership with external IT vendor - Solution selling of moderate complexity. Focus on one BU / with multiple product lines.* Education and Experience Required:

* - University or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration - Typically 5-8 years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experience preferred - Consumer and/or Commercial Partner management expertise / End User Acct management as an alternative - Fluent in English* Knowledge and Skills Required:
