* Position reports to the Director of Government Compliance\. The candidate will be responsible for interpreting federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to financial and other processes, practices and procedures\.This is done through oversight and application of the sector's Sarbanes\-Oxley \(SOX\) program; maintaining current manuals and procedures to ensure the sector remains compliant with disclosed practices and Corporate policy, e\.g\., labor, lobbying, business and travel expenses; performance of cost scrubs to support the annual Incurred Cost Proposal; labor monitoring activities, e\.g\., floor checks and review/analysis of labor transactions; completion of reporting requirements for senior management and Corporate; and development and implementation of continual employee awareness programs to maintain compliance with regulations, policies and practices\.Role is accomplished through self\-actions and exempt direct reports\.Candidates must have an ability to think in complex and ever\-changing situations, to solve problems, and to effectively transfer knowledge\.Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with MastersExperience using CATS, Concur, SAP and Business Warehouse \(BW\)Some travel may be requiredPreferred Qualifications:
