* Purpose of Role:

* Responsible for the development and implementation of annual customer plans for prioritized National Accounts. Account Manager will maximize performance for Diageo brands with designated accounts through execution of priority sales drivers, including promotion, distribution, visibility, etc. This person leads and manages the direct link between Diageo and the national account customer personnel. This position will lead the selling initiatives with our priority customers by maximizing performance, promotion, distribution and visibility.Reporting location:
Orlando or Tampa

* Key Outputs:

* Responsible for a multitude of Sales activities, including but not limited to the following:
2. Lead Diageo selling efforts at Corporate Headquarters that delivers annual NSV and profit targets, share goals and tactical priorities such as new item authorization.3. Lead Annual customer planning:
Work closely with national accounts marketing to align with customer initiatives. Prioritize initiatives and gain division sales buy-in to maximize implementation.4. Design and secure organization support for annual business plan for designated national account to include:
-Tactical promotional plan. Frequency & depth of feature activity- Analysis of prior key promotional activity to drive specific customer programming5. Lead On-Premise account planning process to completion6. Lead On Premise promotional initiatives. Determine if level of investment is consistent with level of results. Develop clearly defined targets to be obtained.

* Qualifications and Experience Required:

* 1. BA/BS required2. 7+ years relevant experience3. Minimum of 5 years account management experience with major markets and key customers4. Sales / customer management experience with a major CPG company and/or 3 tier Distribution experience5. Working cross-functionally within organization6. Task management across matrix organization7. Strong communication skills internally and externally
