** Individual contributor with very strong team player skills across different HP Business groups* Reports to Graphics/Production sales manager* Responsibilities
* :* Focuses on selling Hardware, Care pack, and Ink into GSB attended partner accounts* Owns GSB attended sellout - aligns partners with organizational goals and sellout metrics* Educate and motivate partners to grow HP's share of business in their product, services, and supplies category.* Provides Large Format printing product and solutions expertise to partner to identify and capture business opportunities.* May also be in a hunting role for new partners* Executes promo and co-marketing plans as developed by sub region category & market development manager* Works closely with PPS channel partner business managers in pursuit of solution opportunities in PPS-led partners* Collaboration also needed with PPS Specialists like Workstations, Services/Managed Print Services* Focus TPS/Graphics specialists, PL30/UK and TW/TXBachelor's or Master degree or similar educationTypically 5-10 years of selling experience at end-user or reseller level in graphic industryExtensive selling experience within industry and on similar products* Knowledge and Skills
** In depth understanding of the Graphics and Production reseller landscape in the given geographical scope.* Very good understanding of endcustomer structure within the territory such as PSPs, Copyshops and Corporate Customers.* Excellent knowledge of large format printers, software (RIPs..), workflow (Color Management) and print technologies (UV, solvent, water based, Latex) from HP and competing vendors.* Clear understanding of the main applications currently available in the graphics market:
window blinds, wallpapers and decoration.* Experience in strategic partner account management (partner program implementation) and long term end customer relationship building. (consulting approach)* Strong team player
