** Develop and drive the HP Device as a Service business and other associated PC and Printing Services across the assigned geography.* Support country sales teams by assisting and driving DaaS and Services sales with Channel partners and customers (travel required - expected of time spent to travel 25%)* Manage and responsible for PLs portfolio, pricing and specialized internal and external programs.* Responsible for proposing the deployment of Services quota and targets to country sales teams.* Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within the sub-region countries* Creates new sales efficiencies and cost savings within the support services portfolio on a broad scale, using horizontal strategies and initiatives and influencing internal and external partners* Plans, directs and monitors sales and program related activities and as well marketing activities of countries in responsible sub-region, ensuring that all achieve key business metrics.* Oversees the development and delivery of complex initiatives that can impact the Services sales, typically quarterly business plans for services, handling PROMO initiatives and big deals including complex deals and business processes related to support services sales (registering of services, failure rate evaluation, pricing)* Ability to influence a particular business across regions.* Typically leads large and complex deals from services sales perspective.* Education and Experience Required
** University degree, master degree preferred.* Typically 3-5 years of experience in the technology industry, preferably including services sales.* Knowledge and Skills Required
** Experience selling or managing a services business, directly to customers and/or through channel partners* Knowledge about PC or Printing services is welcome (type of services provided by other vendors on the market is welcome)* Knowledge of HP business requirements and strategies* Written, verbal and presentation skills catered to a wide variety of audiences* Fluent in English and local language* Knowledge of marketplace and industry standards and compliance; utilizes the expertise of others as necessary* Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills.* Advance influencing, consulting and negotiation skills; ability to ensure strategic alignment with multiple parties and identify priorities and ability to create conclusions regarding services business* Advanced business acumen and understanding of risk mitigation approaches including financials metrics knowledge (revenue, sell-out, PandL)* Strong understanding of the company's policies and processes.* Ability of multi-tasking and prioritization skills*
