* _Job Description_
** The territory is Texas with 75% travel in the territory.
* The role of the Sales Executive for Digital Printing Systems business is to provide overall sales leadership in assigned territory while meeting or exceeding the targeted revenue expectations. Work is primarily tactical or operational in nature but may involve strategic issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Total Customer Experience, company policies and administrative reporting performance objectives are met within the assigned geographic territory supporting the Commercial Printing market space.* Responsibilities
** Exceed revenue targets.* Aggressively grow market share against competitors
* Ensure executive relationships exist in your top accounts through your teams' effective engagement of you, your manager and senior HP leadership
* Ensure your team is on track with regards to funnel accuracy and health. Funnel should be 6 X for opportunities forecasted to close within 6 months, 10 x for opportunities to close within 12 months. In addition, drive solid sales planning for key accounts, executive call plans and timely/ accurate response on all requests. Ensure all completed Account Business Plans are uploaded to the share point site.
* Appropriately utilize and leverage all resources to drive your results
* Execute on key initiatives as communicated to you by managementBachelor's (undergraduate) or Master's (MBA) degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or Engineering or technical; prefer 4 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Preferred Professional Experience:

** Prior experience with direct selling and end-user customer sales
* Sales with customer visits
* Technical assistance providing within selling process
* Sound knowledge of IT sales
* A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
* Product demonstrations, customer training and product installation responsibilities
* Strategic sales account experience
* Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
* Definition of specific sales plans
* Working with external partners to deliver solution sales
* Interface with all levels in customer organization
* Average or better quota
* Coordination or teamleading with other sales professionals
* Project management role
* Strategic sales
