Job Description

HP Indigo is penetrating this new market of Label & Packaging that requires a lot of 'solution sales' process and close project monitoring with each case. Position aims to single individual focusing on regional strategy and country in-depth execution.This is a direct sales role requiring good account management skills together with a hunger to drive new business sales within the Graphic Arts Marketplace.* Responsibilities:

** Building Business plan for Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa L&P and executing.* Working in direct & indirect environment.* Strong relationship building & strong solution selling skills are a pre-requisite for this role.* Build sales team and coach sales representatives to be knowledgeable with HP Indigo products and services.* Support and define sales strategy and geographic coverage in region.* Focus on sales initiatives. (open houses, VIP events, demos etc).* Manage regional funnel and sales process.* Build sales funnel and make sure there is transparency between HP and indirect Channel.* Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth for Hardware, Supplies & service revenues.* Ensure regional/country quota is achieved (L&P:
Hardware, Supplies & services).* Manage strategic account program for the region.* Define Channel(s) strategy in region.* Experience in the printing industry in both Litho & Digital is desirable.*

* travel at least 70% of the time
* to build and support regional sales team.*
* Knowledge and Skills Required:

** Solid understanding of the Graphic Marketplace including competitive positioning.* Solid understanding of HP's organization & operations, including key business rules, and alignment with HP GBU go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, key programs & initiatives, structure.* Effectively sells HP offerings by building strategic relationships and promoting HP programs and offerings.* Develops account plans.* Partners effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.* Solid understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits.*
