Interns who are offered a full\-time position upon graduation will join our Early Career Program that provides rotations through our functions which include opportunities in business unit locations around the country\.*
* Requirements for a Phillips 66 Internship:

* Basic/Required:

* + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country + Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering + Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Sophomore or Junior + Scheduled to graduate from a degree program in or after August 2017 + Available for a minimum of eight continuous weeks*
* Preferred:

* + A minimum cumulative GPA of 3\.25 on a 4\.0 scale + Previous internship or co\-op participant in related industry + Previous internship with Phillips 66 + Phillips 66 SHIELD Scholar recipient + Willing to work in any of our operating locations*
