All your different sides are welcome here, as we believe they make our team, our products and our services, that much better\.Northrop Grumman Information Systems is seeking an experienced Information Operations \(IO\) Lead with experience leading a diverse team of advisors, analysts, and planners to achieve organizational objectives within the United States Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida\. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall management of IO activities for the contractor's operations in the USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, and USEUCOM AOR including reviewing status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports, assesses project issues and risks and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives\.Roles and responsibilities for this position include:
- Manage planning and execution for all program tasks, requirements, and deliverables to meet quality assurance standards for on time delivery\.- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management, and customer\.- Review status of projects and budgets; staffing, manages schedules and prepares status reports\.- Identify and assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with program manager and clients\.- Provide periodic and ad hoc status reports focused on progress, newly identified issues, closed issues, and challenges\.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of ten years of experience with IO at the service or joint level working on projects that support operations in the USCENTCOM, USAFRICOM, or USEUCOM AORs\. This shall include experience at both the operational and tactical level; it is not required that the operational and tactical level experience has occurred concurrently\. at least 10 years of in IO\-related field, with 6 years program management experience on similar government contracts\.- Experience managing distributed teams comprised of personnel from multiple companies\.- Ability to identify personnel and missions issues early, develop mitigation plans and communicate potential impacts and alternate course of action impacts to the customer\.- Possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility\.Preferred Qualifications:
