Harris Corporation is seeking aSenior Analyst for Analysis and Productionwith Intelligence Community experience to fill demanding positions directly supporting senior policy makers and top level intelligence officials. The position is located in Washington, DC. Duties include:* Assisting in editing, critiquing, and proofreading products
* Assisting with reviewing, proofreading, and editing briefing books prepared for Senior Management's participation in Senior Level meetings
* Working closely with designated senior regional and functional intelligence officers and their deputies to solicit, incorporate, and edit needed changes to office products.
* Participating in IC coordination meetings
* Helping to review memoranda
* Assisting with internal peer reviews on office production and in Senior Level meetings, drafting and circulating minutes of the meetings and providing critiques of written products.
* Support with consolidating office input of statements for the record for official assessments
* Assisting with other related efforts as required for Analysis and Production requirements
* Will respond to enterprise-wide issues and challenges facing the Intelligence Community
* Support surges in work, such as staging multiple events simultaneously at different locations
* Availability for meetings, consultations and any related tasking and deadlines
* Will produce deliverables in formats as required by DDII staff leadership; Formats may include standard Microsoft documents (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web-enabled formats
* Works independently, as well as in a team or collaborative environment
* Works with senior officials, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment
* Manages competing priorities
* Be adaptable and flexible to perform a range of tasks and work with many different offices and organizations across the ODNI and the Intelligence Community
* Be proactive in developing innovative ideas and in communicating them effectively to Government sponsors
* Will produce timely, logical and concise work products that require little or no editing Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree (or the equivalent) in a technical field with a minimum of 10 years related work experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience the support cross-community initiatives within the IC
* Knowledgeable with ODNI's emerging management process Preferred Additional Skills:* 2+ years of the requisite 10 years of experience working as a writer editor or intelligence analyst in an IC organization
* 2+ years of the requisite 10 years of experience working as a writer editor or analyst in a USG executive-level environment
* Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to prepare finished intelligence assessments and other written products with emphasis on clear organization, concise and logical presentation
* Significant demonstrated experience at producing all-source intelligence analysis and products
* Demonstrated ability to apply IC analytic standards and analytic tradecraft standards as defined in the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act and in Intelligence Community Directives {ICD) 203 'Analytic Standards' and ICD 206 'Sourcing Requirements' to the production of all-source intelligence products
* Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong communication, and organizational skills; proficient grammar skills This position requires the candidate to already possess an active TS/SCI Polygraph clearance and to maintain the clearance.
