Harris Corporation is seeking a Mission Management Analyst with Intelligence Community experience to fill demanding positions directly supporting senior policy makers and top level intelligence officials. The position is located in Washington, DC. Duties include:* Support the NIC/Foreign Denial and Deception Committee Office
* Assisting with the facilitation and monitoring of interagency implementation of the IC Counter-D&D Strategy and the foreign denial and deception and Scientific & Technical Intelligence (S&TI) related objectives in the Unifying Intelligence Strategy for Science and Technology
* Conducting research, writing, or assisting in the review, appropriate coordination, editing, final preparation, and tracking of FDDC written products that 1) Support the overall ODNI counter-D&D strategy, and better integrate D&D into the NIPF, 2) Support the integration of D&D issues with existing and evolving collection, analytic, and community planning and budgeting processes, and 3) Support the coordination of D&D-related implementation strategies with National Intelligence Program collection managers and resource managers
* Assisting with the facilitation of focus groups on Scientific & Technical Intelligence (S&TI) topics or groups of related topics to assign relevancy rankings and to identify both near-term and future topic trends. This includes subject related initiatives that will nurture, focus, and strengthen collaborative/outreach research efforts between US Intelligence and academic communities or national laboratories and subject related initiatives that will further the implementation of the Unifying Intelligence Strategy for S&T or the FDDC Roadmap to respond to the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) strategy for countering foreign denial and deception practices
* Assisting with the facilitation and monitoring of collaborative/outreach projects with the national laboratories that are sponsored by the National Intelligence Manager for S&T
* Will respond to enterprise-wide issues and challenges facing the Intelligence Community
* Support surges in work, such as staging multiple events simultaneously at different locations
* Availability for meetings, consultations and any related tasking and deadlines
* Will produce deliverables in formats as required by DDII staff leadership; Formats may include standard Microsoft documents (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), electronic/soft copy matrices and/or web-enabled formats
* Works independently, as well as in a team or collaborative environment
* Works with senior officials, to build and sustain professional networks in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment
* Manages competing priorities
* Be adaptable and flexible to perform a range of tasks and work with many different offices and organizations across the ODNI and the Intelligence Community
* Be proactive in developing innovative ideas and in communicating them effectively to Government sponsors
* Will produce timely, logical and concise work products that require little or no editing Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree (or the equivalent) in a technical field with a minimum of 10+ years related work experience
* Minimum of one 3+ years of experience the support cross-community initiatives within the IC
* Knowledgeable with ODNI's emerging management process Preferred Additional Skills:* An advanced degree and/or graduate-level course work, related to National Security
* 20+ years experience with the U.S. Intelligence Community, including significant demonstrated analytic skills and previous work experience with senior officials
* Demonstrated experience working intelligence issues related to foreign denial and deception activities and related US counter-D&D efforts (collection strategies, analytic tool development, etc) across the IC
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reports
* Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
