Je werkzaamheden:
Naast de verkoop van Imaging-Software en -apparatuur
geef je onze klanten verkoop geori nteerd
applicatie-advies waarbij continuering van de
klanttevredenheid voorop staat. Daarnaast ben je
verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen van nieuwe zakelijke
relaties en onderhoud je het bestaande klantenbestand in
samenwerking met specialisten. Tevens ontwikkel en
implementeer je strategie n om onze marktpositie te
behouden en te verbeteren en verdere omzetgroei te
verwezenlijken. Hiernaast co rdineer en verzorg je
productpresentaties en demonstraties, seminars,
workshops, beurzen en congressen en verzorg je tevens de
follow-up.
Role Purpose :
The Sales Accountmanager Imaging Benelux will be
tasked to achieve sales growth and market share gain for
Imaging Product lines in the Benelux. Responsible for
lead identification, lead development, and sales of
PerkinElmer s Imaging equipment, associated licenses and
software to academia and the pharmaceutical and
biotechnology industry. Equipment portfolio in this role
does include PerkinElmer s in vivo Imaging solutions
(instruments and reagents IVIS, Quantum GX, FMT, PET
G8), Tissue Imaging solutions (Nuance, Vectra and
Inform) and Cellular analysis solutions (Operetta,
Opera).
Territory: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg.
Special requirements
* Frequent travelling is required
* Home office setup required (either in Holland or
Belgium)
Requirements:
Je profiel:
* Bachelor / Master bij voorkeur in Celbiologie of
vergelijkbaar
* Deskundigheid op het gebied van microscopie en
praktische labervaring, idealiter in High Content
screening of Cellular Imaging and Analysis, is een
pr
* Kennis van programmering / netwerktechnologie is
wenselijk evenals aantoonbare (succesvolle)
verkoopervaring
* Je bent gedreven, zelfstandig, klant-, doel- en
resultaatgericht en betrokken en je hebt uitstekende
communicatieve vaardigheden en probleemoplossend
vermogen
* Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de
Nederlandse en Engelse taal
* Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om te reizen
(werkgebied is de hele regio Benelux)

Qualifications:
* Bachelor / Master s degree; scientific background in
Cell Biology or similar equivalent is strongly
recommended
* Understanding of the academic laboratory setting
desired and Pre-Clinical Drug Development process

* 3-5 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical/
biotechnology/ medical industry with a demonstrated
success necessary
* Expertise in microscopy and practical lab
experience, preferably in High Content screening of
Cellular Imaging and Analysis
* Strong PC, Internet and Microsoft Windows skills
(Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Access/MS Project).
Knowledge of programming and network technology is a
plus
* Used to CRM environment (familiarity with
SalesForce.com is a plus)
Languages required
* Fluent in Dutch (written, spoken, read)
* High level of English (though not necessary to be
bilingual)
% of Travel Required : 50-60%
