OverviewUS Residential is a growing Multifamily Property Management Company currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Benbrook, TX!ResponsibilitiesIn summary, this role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities for the property, which includes managing all maintenance and housekeeping staff, as well as, third-party contractors.This individual should be experienced in all levels of apartment maintenance, with a well-rounded background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance maintenance, and training and development of onsite maintenance personnel.Qualifications3+ year's general maintenance experiencewith at least 2+ years' experience in a supervisory/team lead role. Renovations experience preferred. HVAC, EPA, and CPO Certification required. Knowledge of the apartment industry and skills required for HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical duties, and fire alarm panels. Previous experience/responsibilities for financial planning and management (maintenance or construction related) is a plus. Demonstrable computer abilities, Windows (Word and Excel), Internet and email, and other, relevant applications; Yardi experience a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Availability to participate in on-call emergency rotation and responds to emergencies after hours as needed.
