Bilingual Branch Sales/Service Specialist- Perry St Office

You as a Branch Sales and Service Specialist will – • Sell products and service accounts to assist the branch in achieving sales goals, outstandings growth, and increases in market share and branch profitability. • Manage a cash drawer and process transactions as well as sales and service activities including profiling, teleconsulting and customer retention. • Be accountable for generating sales volume in consumer lending, small business lending, personal and business deposits and related products. • Take steps to retain customers through proactive customer service and increase their total relationship with National City. You and your skills – • Training on all branch systems, policies/procedures consumer lending, and product knowledge • Notary Public is recommended • Appropriate licenses may be required to sell annuities and certain mutual funds. • Minimum of 1 year of related experience • High School Diploma or the equivalent, plus specialized training in one or more areas, such as general business or word processing
