JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Description/Job Summary
Position Purpose: The role of the Junior Sales Associate is to identify and create rental service opportunities in the designated District and Region. Ensure customer satisfaction during and after rental contracts. Develops a thorough
understanding of the market conditions (e.g. current customers, competitors, opportunities) for the District and Region. Reports directly to District Manager.
Position Summary: Conducts pro-active outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers. Increase quotations for existing sale personnel. Follow up on quotations generated by BDMs, KSMs, and ASMs. Develop a partnership with existing
District and Region sales personnel to identify new potential accounts and rental trends. Qualify leads by pro-actively calling and probing customers for application and rental requirements, and entering information in Salesforce.com. Work closely with District
and Region Operations on improving NPS responses and score.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, with demonstrated successful inside sales experience in industrial equipment like air compressors, nitrogen generators, steam generators or a related field preferred.
Education Requirements: Degree level education preferable, or relevant work experience considered.
Skills: Self-motivation, self-starting, and ability to plan and achieve agreed targets. Good interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and colleagues in supporting functions
Training: Inside sales, and telemarketing a plus
Licenses/Certification: Valid driver s license
Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel, and drive a motor vehicle for extended periods.
Additional Requirements: Able to read instructions, numbers and to write legibly in English. Competent in understanding and communicating product and technical information. Completes mandated safety training within 10 days of hire. Follows
supervisor s instructions and works amicably with co-workers.
Equipment and Tools: Must be able to efficiently and effectively use Lap top computer, smart phone, and I-Pad.
