ARYZTA Americas operates one of the largest specialty bakery businesses servicing all major customers in the retail, foodservice, QSR and convenience store channels.
The Americas Structure includes five operating Business Units: Brazil, Canada, Brand, ARYZTA US Baking Solutions and ARYZTA US Consumer Foods, which are serviced by five Americas Central Support Functions covering areas such as Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, HR, Legal, IT, Finance Shared Services, Procurement, Category Management, and Commercialization.
Overall Purpose of Role
A key role within our Business Services organization (ABS) working across the transactional services group to promote and assist in the implementation of new technologies, design training & development plans, and to drive continual improvement and investment in people. The role will help drive a culture of high performance and continual improvement and support the ARYZTA Business Services vision to bring the best to ARYZTA by investing in our technology and our people. In addition, this role will ensure that knowledge/process vacums will be avoided, in the case of attrition and changes in organizational development.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, implement and monitor training and development programs and best practices for the ABS Centers of Excellence.
Act as the training lead on major technology implementations such as Human Resources Information Systems, Financial Planning Systems, Business Intelligence, Master Data Management, as a key member of those project teams.
Work with the business leaders to identify skill gaps and address accordinly by devising robust training plans.
Promote a "business as usual" philosophy to training and development by working with business leaders to agree and implement training programs.
Act as the key change agent across multiple work streams extolling the benefit of embracing & adopting new tools and technologies, across ARYZTA's global operations.
Work with transformantion project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Responsible for the knowledge transfer process between external resources in order to build a rich knowledge base within ARYZTA.
Champion the continuous improvement culture within centers of excellence along with ABS Service Manager and ABS Transactional Delivery Leads.

Good networker - able to efficiently identify key change agents and influencers, to support & promote overall objectives.
5 years experience in a similar technology focused training & development role, in a multi-national organization.
5 years experience in the successful design of workshops and delivery of programs.
Experience in a Financial Shared Services Environment.
Strong interest in self-development and keeping abreast of industry game changers, trends and proven ability to track competitor intelligence & new tools, to use for continuous improvement within an organization.
Strong "systems thinking" skills and past experience of LMS & HRIS systems.
Ability to see a holistic view of a system and consider end to end implications when considering change.
Demonstrable experience of SAP training is preferable.
Experience of working on organizational design/development/transformation projects would be highly desirable.
Ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization with particular emphasis on the ability to be a trusted partner to senior leadership dispersed across multiple locations.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
