Job Requirements

You must have a track record of successful business development and project delivery working within a major professional services consulting firm.

We also look for you to demonstrate the following:
Strong consulting skills, including a high degree of communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage projects, working with both people and technology to achieve successful outcomes
Ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and colleagues
Leadership of substantial projects within a team
Commercial acumen to understand requirements and formulate realistic and robust solutions while appreciating and managing risk appropriately

Required Attributes
7+ years of experience in selling and delivering solutions within data science, business reporting and statistical analysis
Bachelor s degree required. An advanced degree or a specialization in healthcare, business, economics, engineering, basic science, statistics or actuarial sciences is preferred
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strategic planning
- Business Intelligence and Reporting
- Data Management & Data Visualization
- Predictive Modeling, using advanced statistical techniques
- Experience with System Dynamics, Bayesian Networks and Machine Learning is strongly preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with database technologies and BI platforms
- Customer Relationship Management
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Exemplary communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation
The ability to successfully manage client expectations and relationships
Entrepreneurial, with creative thinking skills
