Responsible for issuing parts, supplies and other materials for manufacturing projects from the warehouse in an efficient and timely manner using JDE and following established procedures.
*Assist in running release backorders for projects upcoming and projects on the floor.
*Enter work order and pick tickets into schedule accurately as directed.
*Issue parts by work order/pick ticket accurately and in a timely manner.
*Read work orders and shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed as per identified procedure.
*May place parts or materials in appropriate location in warehouse based on inventory procedures.
*Maintain current project schedules provided by production planning to ensure on time deliveries.
*Prepare daily graph on Pick Ticket Cycles and canceled tickets.
*Assist with putting up stock store items by identifying information, such as part numbers, and location to maintain traceability, according to established procedures.
*Inspect items prior to stocking for damage and correct quantity. Prepare and report discrepancies or damage to parts or materials received.
*Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
*Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
*Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, and pallet handlers to move materials from one location to another.
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) and two to four years related
*Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
*Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
*Ability to analyze report data and accurately determine proper sequence of events to ensure manufacturing schedule is met.
*Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken and written word.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Basic computer navigation and utilization skills required.
Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) is required.
Proficiency in JDE or similar software preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
Forklift license preferred.
Prior experience operating a forklift is required.
Ability to learn and remember part numbers is required.
