-Creative skills in 3D concept and design of mechanical assemblies used in the sensor industry -Creative skills in concept and design of mechanical assemblies used in the sensor industry -Knowledge and background in molded plastic part design, tolerance stack-up analysis, statistical analysis, material selection, prototype designs and perform mechanical testing as needed, root cause failure analysis -FEA, Mathcad, or experience with mechanical design tools -Excellent communication and written skills -Facilitate design reviews -BSME required; MSME preferred -Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical design Proficient in problem solving, decision making, communication, negotiating, delegation, team work, and organization
