JOB DESCRIPTION

Description:
Meadow Gold Dairy, in Billings, MT, has an immediate
opening for a store merchandiser. Starting pay is $13.50
an hour, and we offer 25-28 hours per week. Shifts each
week will alternate to accommodate weekend time off for
all employees. Therefore, the schedule would be Monday -
Thursday (approximately 6-7 hours a day) one week, and
Friday - Sunday the next week. If interested, please

SUMMARY: Under the directions of the Area Field Service
Representative, acts as a representative for Meadow Gold
within an assigned territory, maintaining contacts with
established customers. We provide a company vehicle to
travel to accounts so they may stock the shelves. This
car cannot be used for personal use and will be parked
at the Billings Meadow Gold facility after each shift.
The benefit is that the employee will not need to worry
about driving or using their own vehicle to these
accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All matters
listed herein are considered to be essential job

deemed necessary.
Sets displays according to customer and or Company
Plan-O-Grams.
Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or
catalog, and emphasizes salable features.
Stocks merchandise in assigned stores, keeps product
levels full and clean, and merchandised appropriately.
Keeps abreast of current and competitive sales activity
in territory.
Insures the initial deliveries to new customers are
complete and satisfactory.
Handles customer complaints, directly or through
appropriate customer support personnel.
Perform any other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are
representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability
required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or
general education degree (GED): or one to four
years-related experiences and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILL Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSS Ability to add, subtract, multiply,
and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fraction, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to
interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions
in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several
abstract variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must posses and
maintain a valid drivers license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee
to successfully perform the essential functions of this
job.
The candidate must pass a company pre-employment
physical and drug screen prior to commencing work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently required to set use hands, talk or hear. The
employee occasionally required walking, stretching and
reaching with hands and arms, and taste or smell. The
employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40
pounds. Must have full range body motion.
WORK ENVIRONMENT the work environment characteristics
described here is representative of that an employee
encounters while performing the essential functions of
this job.
The noise level in the work environment is usually
moderate/quiet.
The employee will be required to use all personal
protective equipment provided by the company in
compliance with OSHA regulations.
