Responsible to work in assigned department and complete specific duties and projects; department opportunities may vary each year. Interns will learn about employment opportunities with the Company and have an opportunity to apply educational studies within the work environment.
High School Diploma (Required)
or equivalent (GED).
Some College Degree (Preferred)
Must be a junior or senior enrolled in a bachelors program with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Complete specific duties and projects within assigned division/department.
Responsible to complete or participate in at least one strategic project during the internship and give a short presentation to the executive team that showcases the project.
Participate in learning opportunities that may include: tours of our warehouses and retail stores, a community service event (ie.Habitat for Humanity, Kids Food Basket, or Special Olympics), a presentation skills workshop and/or a culinary cooking team building workshop, etc.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES
Good written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational, prioritization and detail oriented skills. Ability to take initiatives and seek opportunities to learn in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MS Office products.
