* Responsible for maintaining and analyzing Strategic Account file information including customer, vendor, and internal provided data.

* Active involvement in the Company s Total Quality Management process as evidenced by continuous improvement of processes directed toward reducing costs, improving cycle time, increasing sales / gross profit and customer satisfaction.

* Carries out policies and procedures as defined in the quality manual.

* Continuous development through reading, schools, seminars and on-the-job training.


* Responsible for maintaining and analyzing Strategic Account file information including customer, vendor, and internal provided data.

* Compile and update listing of all contract price expiration dates. Work with Strategic Account Management and corporate associates to ensure information is completed and updated on time.

* Work with corporate associates to prepare customer reports per customer requirements.

* Work with corporate associates to review price updates for accuracy prior to issuance to customer. Verify for POR, FPA, and UM to eliminate potential errors. Verify information received against established price guide to insure accuracy of dates, PPC percentages, correct landed cost percentage applied.

* Analyze and identify purchasing strategies to reduce company cost and customer pricing.

* Compile monthly committed inventory totals for each account. Review against contract for compliance. Advise Strategic Account Management of findings.

* Analyze and manage inventory management process for identify customers.

* Develop reports and reviews to identify potential business opportunities and customer consumptions..

* Work with customers as necessary to verify data or to obtain necessary information

* Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

* Prepare reports for review on customer spend trends.
