JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Adecco has partnered with a financial institution in Grand Rapids and we are looking for customer service representatives in a call center to fill early 2nd shift contract to hire openings starting September 27th!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Handles complex inbound calls providing accurate information to the customer.
Follows steps, policies and procedures for answering the customer's question and solving the customer's problems.
Explains products and policies in a friendly and professional manner.
Verifies customer information, and accurately enters information into system when applicable.
Educates customers about products and services based on the customers needs.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Data entry and computer skills
Excellent customer service
Customer service or call center experience is required.
Military experience will be considered.
Train from 11am - 8pm for 90 days and then transition to a later 2nd shift schedule. Will require 4 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift.
Pay for this position is $12.00/hr plus overtime as needed depending on experience. This is a long-term opportunity to hire.
